Resilience Education is pleased to welcome Aparna Behari as its new Chief Operating Officer. Behari’s connection to Resilience Education began as a mentor. Over the past four years, she has volunteered her time and expertise to coach justice-impacted individuals as part of the Resilient Professional Community’s flagship mentoring program. Supporting them with career reentry and transition through resume reviews, mock interviews, and guidance on navigating the corporate landscape. To date, she has mentored five motivated individuals, building relationships, offering encouragement, and helping people transform aspirations into reality.

Resilience Education has received a new donation from Oddball (a digital modernization company serving federal agencies) to advance its mission of providing high-quality business education and post-release support for system-impacted individuals. This generous support will help Resilience continue to develop and grow the Resilient Professional Community (RPC).
