Sponsor our Programs

At Resilience Education, we believe there are many opportunities to reach our participants – to help them realize their goals for education, employment and improved performance. We recognize and welcome opportunities to engage with others that have perspectives and skills that complement ours. The result is effective programs that are sustainable and have a lasting impact on the students we serve.

For instance, we partnered with the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at the University of Virginia to build an entrepreneurship curriculum that meets the needs of our currently incarcerated participants. And an anonymous donor provided support that allowed our program’s graduates to obtain an official Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia (SCPS).

We also are grateful to the Batten Institute and Initiative for Business in Society (IBIS) at the Darden Graduate School of Business for assisting us in multiple ways, most recently in helping publicize our efforts to potential volunteers and supporters.

We are partnering with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Corrections to design and deliver reentry programs that challenge participants to hone their skills and knowledge for post-release employment.

We are always looking for interested partners — institutions, organizations, foundations, and others — that share our commitment to “education at the point of change.”  Please contact us for more information.
